-Premixed for optimal absorbtion and mixability
-1 Gallon of herbal mixture will last about 30 days for 1 adult
-Adults can drink up to a quart a day, especially if pregnant or breastfeeding.
-Children under 10 can drink up to 2 cups a day.
-Children under 5 can drink up to 1 cup a day.
-For best results use regularly for 3 months or longer
-This Blend Is Safe for Children Old Enough to Drink Water & Should be Diluted 50/50 with Juice/Spring Water for Children Under 5 years of age.
-Premixed herbs are best stored in an airtight glass jar (Gallon herbal blends are shipped in Gallon Baggies)
