The sacred AfterBirth Bath has been apart of tradtional practice since birth was recorded. This herbal blend heals and repairs a new mother and newborns tissues after birth. It is ideal for healing skin and preventing infection of the womb and umbillical cord. -In the case of "Lotus Birth": wait until cord has fallen off to begin herbal bathing of newborn.
-In the case of cesarean surgery: once sutures/tape are removed and external healing has occured, daily bathing can begin for mother.
-In the case of perineal tearing or irritation from birth: It is highly recommended for the mother to begin herbal bathing ASAP for minor tears/irritation after childbirth. If tear requires sutures or episiotomy is performed you will need to wait until sutures are dissolved/removed to begin herbal bathing.
-In the case of Hemorrhoids: Begin bathing as long as above directions are followed to quickly relieve pain and inflammation of hemorrhoids after birth. If bathing is unbale to happen right after birth this blend can be soaked into pads and frozen for therapeutical use on hemorrhoids until bathing can begin.
